MISSION STATEMENT

Growing up with allergy issues and digestive problems made my life absolutely miserable. Bad eczema kept me at the dermatologist regularly. Discovering juicing and then eventually plant based vegan foods completely changed my life, my overall health and my wellbeing. The goal and mission is to show how easy it is to transition to and maintain a thriving plant based vegan lifestyle. Health is the greatest wealth.

No! The meal plan is a guide. Feel free to make substitutions to any of the suggested meals or recipes. For example, if you find different fruit selections available for the breakfast, by all means eat that instead. Food availability will vary depending on where you live, so feel free to substitute other fruits and vegetables as you see fit. These meal plans are built to be very flexible, and include many creative ideas for ingredient substitutions and add-ins. DESSERTS ARE NOT MANDATORY BY THE WAY.

Absolutely! Most of the recipes can easily be made gluten free by using gluten free substitutes: pasta, tortillas, oats, etc.

 

The biggest appliance you’ll need is an Instant Pot. It will cut down your cooking time drastically. If you don’t have one however, you’ll need to use a conventional oven for a few of the recipes. 

Currently, the VEGAN BUNDLE is only available as a digital download in PDF format. You are welcome to print the entire bundle and bound it in a 3-ring binder, or print  the pages and recipes you need.
