CAN BROWNIES BE VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE?

Who doesn’t love brownies. Growing up, brownies were always my favorite dessert. If I was good, my mom would let me lick the bowl. They are versatile and can include ingredients from peanut butter to sweet potatoes. There are 100’s of brownie recipes on the internet. This one however promises to be the easiest, most delicious and most moist you have ever had. 

This simple, easy and foolproof recipe will have you making perfectly moist delicious brownies…every single time. You will be amazed at how easy these are to make. This recipe is vegan and gluten free if you use gluten free brownie mix. Run right out and grab these three ingredients and make amazing brownies tonight. You’ll thank me later.

INGREDIENTS

You will only need 3 ingredient for the super simple deliciously moist brownie recipe.

  • Coffee: Any coffee will do. I used instant coffee.
  • Brownie mix: Since I am gluten sensitive, I chose a gluten free brownie mix. There are quite a few of them on the market. 
  • Can of black beans: This is the secret ingredient. You won’t believe how moist they will be. 

HOW TO MAKE

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Pour brownie mix into bowl.
  • 3. Make the instant coffee.
  • 4. Open can of black beans.
  • 5. Drain them.
  • 6. Rinse well.
  • 7. Add black beans to blender.
  • 8. Pour in 1/2 cup of coffee.
  • 9. Blend well.
  • 10. Add black bean batter to brownie mix.
  • 11. Pour in 1/2 cup of coffee.
  • 12. Mix well.
  • 13. Add mixture to brownie pan.
  • 14. Bake for 35 minutes or until done in the middle.
  • 15. Let cool.
  • 16. Cut and serve.
  • 17. Garnish with your favorite topping.  (I used coconut whip cream)
